If you do not agree, please do not use the website. By continuing to use any of the services shown on the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) have been drafted to provide clear guidance and legally binding terms regarding services provided to the customer by Mora Financing Company, as per commercial registration no. 1010573360, national unified no. 7008736279, duly licensed and authorized by the Saudi Central Bank, using the brand name (\u201cMora\u201d) hereinafter referred to as(\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cthe Company\u201d or \u201cMora\u201d) . These Terms govern the use of Mora application (\u201cMora Application\u201d) for micro-financing services, the Mora Website (\u201cThe Mora Site\u201d) and the customer\u2019s relationship with the Company as well as any other services that are made available through using Mora Application from time to time(the \u201cServices\u201d) . This agreement is available both in Arabic and English.<\/p>\n

These Terms are being presented to the customer\u2019s review and acceptance before he grants his consent for the completion of the onboarding and registration process (hereinafter referred to as \u201cRegistration\u201d). Registration is a prerequisite for using Mora Application, Mora Site, and Services. Registration requires the Company to undertake \u201cKnow Your Customer\u201d procedures (hereinafter referred to as \u201cKYC\u201d) to verify the customer\u2019s status as an authorized user of the Services when accepting these conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Definitions<\/h2>\n
<\/div>\n

Account<\/h3>\n

Means the electronic money account the Customer opens with the Mora Application for the use of the services after registering and accepting the terms and conditions provided by Mora.<\/p>\n

Customer<\/h3>\n

Refers to any person, 20-years or older, who has registered for Mora application services and has accepted its terms and conditions as reflected in this agreement.<\/p>\n

SAMA<\/h3>\n

Means the Saudi Credit Bureau.<\/p>\n

Charges<\/h3>\n

Means the service charges imposed by Tamam on different Services offered on the Tamam Application.<\/p>\n

Credit<\/h3>\n

Is the balance of approved finance available in the Account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Protection Of Your Personal Data<\/h3>\n

We ensure your personal data is appropriately protected by utilizing the necessary physical, technical, administrative, and procedural security measures to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. We safeguard and protect your data in a manner that complies with the applicable data protection regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
\nTo protect your personal data, mora Co. has put in place several technical and organizational measures. Technical measures include appropriate actions to address online security, risk of data use, alteration of data, data leakage, or unauthorized access, taking into consideration the risks raised by the processing and the nature of the personal data being processed. Organizational measures include restricting access to personal data solely to authorized persons with a legitimate need to know for the purposes of the processing operations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Policy Management<\/h3>\n

Mora Finance reserves the right to amend, alter, or change this Policy in whole or part at any time by giving reasonable notice to you. If you do not agree with any change made by mora Finance to this Policy, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of TamamApp. This will not, however, terminate any existing contract between you and mora Finance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
